Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Alex Anstett is a graduate from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario with a Masters Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences.
Prior to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo.
Alex uses her in depth knowledge of functional anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to help her patients get down to the root cause of pain or dysfunction and helps them take control of getting back to their best.
